Lakewood, Colorado, November 14 (ots/PRNewswire) - NewWest Gold Corporation (TSX: NWG) ("NewWest" or "the Company") today announced that it commenced the Phase Two drilling program at its Long Canyon project on November 10, 2006. The program was expanded to 13 holes from six holes based upon the positive results obtained by previous exploration programs at Long Canyon.
