Medify Solutions Limited Announces Dividend

Stafford, England, November 22 (ots/PRNewswire)

Medify Solutions
Limited (OTC - MDFY), today announced that due  to the achievement of
major performance milestones and the positive  circumstances created
by the significant NHS developments, the company is  issuing a 1 for
4 (25%) share dividend. This is also in recognition by the  board
that the activities announced to shareholders in June 2006 relating
to  subsidiary floatation (and associated dividend) are currently
suspended. The  subsidiary floatation status is unchanged from the
most recently issued  Quarterly Report.
The dividend is valid for all individuals holding shares in
MDFY.pk as per the Medify Solutions Limited Shareholders of record at
5pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th November 2006. The dividend
will be paid in  MDFY.pk shares, (electronically if available for
shareholders trading  accounts), viathe company transfer agent,
Fidelity Transfer on the  15th December 2006.
To clarify, for every 4 shares held by a shareholder at 5pm 30th
November2006, a dividend of 1 share will be issued (by the Company)
to that shareholder on 15th December 2006.
It is the decision of the Board that the restricted stock issued
to the management team during September 2006 will not be eligible for
this dividend.
