Schrobenhausen, 12 September 2006 - Construction and engineering
company BAUER Aktiengesellschaft, which has been listed in official
trading (Prime Standard) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 4 July
2006 will be admitted to the SDAX index of Deutsche Börse as at 18
September 2006 following an extraordinary decision of Deutsche Börse.
"The positive performance of our share since IPO has been confirmed
with the admittance in the SDAX. We are pleased about this decision
and are confident that our share will now become even more
attractive", said Chairman Prof. Thomas Bauer.
