Cuxhaven, 02 December 2005 ? The new 2,249,527 shares offered by Plambeck Neue Energien AG in the context of a cash capital increase have been placed fully. The shares were offered preferentially to the shareholders during the period from 18 November to 1 December 2005 in the context of a subscription offering. Shares not drawn by the shareholders were subscribed by investors in the context of a private placing. The new shares were released at an issue price of EUR 1.10 per share and will be entitled to participate in profits from 1 January 2005. The target of the cash capital increase was the general strengthening of the capital base of the company. The capital increase was managed by VEM Aktienbank AG, Munich.
