Cuxhaven, 17 May 2005 - The wind farm project company Plambeck Neue Energien AG has sold its 80 percent shareholding in the French windfarm project company, Ventura SA, to the stock-exchange-listed, French environmental and energy company, Theolia SA. The relevant agreements between Plambeck Neue Energien and Theolia were today signed in Aix-en-Provence. It was agreed to keep the price of sale confidential. In the future Plambeck Neue Energien AG will concentrate its core business, the development of both onshore and offshore wind farm projects in the German market. With the sale of the shares, Plambeck Neue Energien AG can realise the added value created in the French market.
