Cuxhaven, 09. 03. 2004 - The convertible bond of Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE0006910326) with a total of 23.5 million euros was successfully placed. The signed subscription forms on Monday evening already exceeded this value. The funds raised by this bond are to be employed to rapidly realise the many wind farm projects in Germany that have received construction approval, to push ahead with wind farm projects in France and also other offshore wind farm projects on the German coast.
