Einhell AG announces the following:
According to the preliminary financial figures the Einhell group has again fully reached the target for the year 2007. The turnover has increased to E 385,7 million compared to the adjusted turnover in 2006 (E 360,6 million). This is an increase of 7,0%.
Previous year's group turnover was E 411,8. Adjusted by the effect of Weka products, previous year's turnover was E 360,6 million. Weka Holzbau GmbH was sold at 29. December 2006.
Earnings before tax have reached E 24,6 million (previous year E 23,8 million, adjusted E 21,9 million).
The profit margin before tax increased significantly from 5,8% to 6,4%. The net income after minority's interest has reached E 16,7 million compared to
previous year with E 16,3 million. The profit per share according DVFA increased from E 4.3 to E 4.4.
For this reason Einhell has realized a new record in turnover as well as in net income.
