Financial Figures for the year 2006

The annual account of the year 2006 for the Einhell group was stated 
by the supervisory board.

The group turnover has been increased from EUR387,1million in 2005 to
EUR411,8million in 2006 (+ 6.4%). Earnings before tax have reached 
EUR23,8million (previous year EUR22,3million). The net income after 
minority’s interest has reached EUR16,3million compared to 
EUR14,7million in 2005.

For this reason Einhell has realized a new record in turnover as well
as in net income.

On the basis of this enjoyable development in net income the dividend
shall be increased. At the annual general meeting a dividend of 
EUR0.80 per preferred share and EUR0.74 per common share will be 
recommended.

The supervisory board agrees to the dividend proposal of the board of
directors.

For the current year 2007 actual business development is fully in 
line with Einhell group’s planning.
