Business development in 2006 Long-term strategy

Einhell AG announces at the annual general meeting that the group turnover increased by 10.2% from EUR169.6 million to EUR186.9 million in the first five months of the  financial year 2006. Earnings before tax increased from EUR9.2 million to  EUR10.8 million by the end of May 2006.  This is an increase of 17.4%.  In addition the board of directors announces that the planned group turnover  of EUR400 million should be exceeded in 2006. The board of directors sees the planning with an turnover of  EUR500 million by the year 2008 confirmed.

Einhell intends to generate a turnover of EUR 700 to EUR750 million by the year 2012 and in long-term Einhell intends to reach a turnover in a dimension of  EUR1 billion by the years 2015 to 2017.  Earnings before tax are planned with 5%.
