Financial Figures for the year 2005
The annual accounts of the year 2005 for the Einhell group was stated by the supervisory board.
The group turnover has been increased from EUR343,8 million in 2004 to EUR387,1 million in 2005 (+ 12.6%). Earnings before tax have reached EUR22,3 million (previous year EUR17,9 million). The net income after minoritys interest has reached EUR14,7 million compared to EUR11,7 million in 2004.
For this reason Einhell has realized a new record in turnover as well as in net income.
On the basis of the enjoyable development of the result the dividend shall be increased. At the annual general meeting a dividend of EUR0.70 per preferred share and EUR0.64 per common share will be recommended.
The supervisory board agrees to the proposal on the allocation of the unappropriated profits of the board of directors.
On 3rd May 2006 the board of directors will explain in detail the past year at the General Standard Conference in Frankfurt/Main.
