We hereby disclose in accordance with §§ 24, 21 para 1, 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that the share of ComBOTS Management GmbH in the voting rights of ComBOTS AG has fallen below the threshold of 5% and 3% on April 1, 2007 and that it amounts to 0% of the voting rights (0 voting rights) as from that date.
The 5.68% share of the voting rights (2,173,174 voting rights) in ComBOTS AG held so far by ComBOTS Holding GmbH & Co. KG has been held directly by ComBOTS AG since April 1, 2007. This share in voting rights was attributed to ComBOTS Management GmbH as general partner of ComBOTS Holding GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). The share of ComBOTS AG (treasury shares) in voting rights now amounts to a total of 8.61% (3,307,222 voting rights).
