Uwe Lüders has resigned as chairman of Nordex SE's Supervisory Board effective
as of today's date. Lüders, who is the CEO of L. Possehl & Co. mbH, explained
that the reason for his resignation was the recent acquisition by his company of
Manroland's offset printing business, which now requires restructuring. He added
that the strategic reorientation of the Nordex Group currently called for the
Supervisory Board's undivided attention.
The Supervisory Board selected as his successor Dr. Wolfgang Ziebart, who has
been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2009. An application will be
submitted with the applicable court in due course for the appointment of a
replacement member to the Supervisory Board.
