Christ Ultrapure Water AG, a member of the Christ Water Technology Group, was awarded two major contracts representing a double-digit USD million value to provide complete Ultrapure Water (UPW), Reclaim Water and Distribution Loop systems for the leading wafer manufacturer in Singapore, Siltronic Samsung Wafer Pte. Ltd., and a semiconductor producer in China. The contract values are confidential.
The projects confirm the leading role of CHRIST as a major player in the high-purity semiconductor water treatment industry in Asia which is of strategic importance for the Group.
Malek Salamor, Head of Business Unit Microelectronics, comments: "With these two further contracts we are building our order backlog for execution in 2007 while strengthening our leading market position in the highest quality Ultrapure Water technology business in Asia."
