of the management of Rosenbauer International AG

To take account of the company's continued development and the increasingly
complex requirements in international business, the Supervisory Board of
Rosenbauer International AG decided at its meeting on May 3, 2017, to reorganize
the Executive Board as of May 15, 2017, and expand it with an additional Chief
Sales Officer. This position will be filled by Andreas Zeller (45), who has been
working at Rosenbauer since 2003. Andreas Zeller was previously responsible for
the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) sales region and is the managing
director of Rosenbauer Saudi Arabia. After completing his studies at the
Technical University of Graz, he worked as a marketing and product manager for
poly extinguishing systems at Lenzing Technik GmbH.
The current Chief Technology Officer, Gottfried Brunbauer, will be replaced by
Daniel Tomaschko (34), who has been the head of production at the two plants in
Leonding since the beginning of 2016. Prior to this, Daniel Tomaschko spent
several years working for MAN Truck & Bus Österreich AG, where he was
responsible for areas including truck assembly production.
