In accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed on July 11, 2007 that on June 27, 2007 the voting interests held by Invesco Plc, London/Great Britain in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 2.79% (554,365 voting rights) on this day. 2.79% of the voting rights (554,365 shares) are attributable to Invesco Plc in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with the sentences 2 and 3 of the WphG.
