Hans Lerch steps down from the position as a member of the board of Kuoni

The board of directors of SR Technics Zurich has appointed me as the company's new CEO and Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2006. The job represents a great challenge in the current environment, since the global aviation industry is undergoing profound change. Consequently, after much deliberation I have decided to concentrate fully on my new role and to step down from my demanding position as a member of the board of Kuoni Reisen Holding AG. I would like to thank Kuoni's board for the understanding way it has accepted my decision, and I wish the company, which I have served for almost 35 years, every success in the future.
