ersol fixes the subscription price - Subscription price for a new share is EUR 60.00
The Management Board of ersol Solar Energy AG, taking into account the volume-weighted average price for shares - as reported by the Reuters financial information service - in ersol Solar Energy AG in XETRA on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from the start of trading on 10 July 2007 until the close of trading on 12 July 2007, less the discount resolved by the Management Board with the approval of the Supervisory Board in the amount of 9.08 per cent, has fixed a subscription price of EUR 60.00. ersol Solar Energy AG's shareholders can thus purchase the new shares from the cash capital increase as part of the subscription offering in a ratio of 10:1 against payment of the subscription price in the amount of EUR 60.00 per new share.
