Eindhoven, April 20, 2006 - NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. announces preliminary (not yet audited) year end results for the fiscal year 2005.
NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. has generated an operating profit of euro 0.8 million in the fiscal year 2005. The net profit amounted to euro 0.7 million. The operating as well as the stock price performance of the current investments had a positive impact on the profit.
As of December 31, 2005, the total amount of cash and marketable securities held by the company amounted to euro 3.5 million while investments accounted for euro 3.2 million.
Based on a successful start in 2006 the management of NAVIGATOR expects an also profitable financial year 2006.
The complete and audited financial statements will be made public in May 2006.
