Nuremberg, September 1, 2010 - Based on mutual consent, Takuma Kimura
will discontinue serving as a member of the Management Board of TA 
Triumph-Adler AG effective September 10, 2010. He will return to the 
parent company Kyocera Mita Corporation, Osaka. His current tasks 
including in particular the coordination with the Kyocera Mita 
organization will be taken over by Takashi Kuki. In the course of 
yesterday´s shareholders´ meeting Kuki was re-elected as a member of 
the Supervisory Board of TA Triumph-Adler AG, and - by resolution of 
the Supervisory Board - re-appointed CEO and Chairman of the 
Management Board.
We extended our gratitude to Takuma Kimura for his cooperation and 
wish him all the best for his future career.
