Nuremberg, November 30, 2009 - The management board of TA Triumph-Adler AG has been informed by Kyocera Mita that the voting rights of Kyocera Mita Corporation in TA Triumph-Adler AG have exceeded the threshold of 95 % and now amount to 95.43 % (i.e. 52,850,017 of in total 55,381,257 voting rights) as per November 23, 2009. At the same time, Kyocera Mita Corporation has conveyed its request to the management board of TA Triumph-Adler AG to convene an extraordinary general meeting which shall resolve upon, first, the transfer of all shares held by other shareholders (minority shareholders) to Kyocera Mita Corporation as majority shareholder against payment of an appropriate cash compensation (so-called "squeeze-out") and, second, a reduction of the number of the members of the supervisory board from presently nine to - for the future - six members.
The management board of TA Triumph-Adler AG will review this request dutifully and then take the necessary actions.
