Nuremberg, July 6, 2005: The Management Board of TA Triumph-Adler AG today decided to make use of its authorization to purchase companys own shares. The authorization had been provided under agenda item 5 at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on June 15, 2005. The 14.400 shares are to be purchased via the stock exchange. The shares bought back will be used to service the stock option program of June 21, 2000 insofar as options were exercised in the first exercising period in 2005 from the tranche 2003.
