Thomas Stauber to take charge of new Real Estate business area
Lucerne/Küsnacht, 27 May 2014 - With effect from 1 July 2014, Thomas
Stauber, currently a member of Mobimo's Executive Board and head of its
third-party investor business, will also take charge of portfolio
management. At the same time both these areas of business are to be merged
under a new name, Real Estate.
Thomas Stauber joined the Executive Board of Mobimo in November 2011 and
began to develop the company's new third-party investor business. 2½ years
later it was set up, successful, and integrated as a significant core
component of Mobimo. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board have
decided as of 1 July 2014 to merge portfolio management and third-party
investor activities into a new business area, Real Estate, to be headed by
Thomas Stauber. Development, the second area of operations, will continue
unchanged under the management of Andreas Hämmerli. This new organisation
marks the continuation of a successful business model, now made stronger by
simplified structures. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board wish
Thomas Stauber every success with his new assignment.
