acquisition of Van Daalen International Ltd.

Zug/Switzerland, July 19, 2007 - FORTUNE Management Inc. (General 
Standard, ISIN USU026281027, USU026281365, USU026281779; SIN: A0BLYY,
A0ETG9, A0JC62), through its subsidiary FORTUNE Wealth Management 
Group AG, has received the outstanding regulatory approval by the 
Bahamian authorities for the acquisition of Van Daalen International 
Ltd. FORTUNE Wealth Management Group AG therewith reaches a critical 
mass for the further acquisition of wealth management firms.
