Zug/Switzerland, June 28, 2005 - Over the past months, Fortune Management Inc., (General Standard, ISIN USU026281027, WKN: A0BLYY) laid the foundation for the deconsolidation of the Group's industrial division "Hospitality" combined in TMS-ComTelco. As this measure is now concluded, the "Hospitality" division will be recorded after the so-called equity method in the upcoming half-year report for the first time.
In this context the former Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ulrich Beckmann, is replaced in this function by Michael Dieckell, who has been a member of this board since 2002. Therefore, Mr. Ulrich Beckmann will be able to focus on his tasks as Executive Chairman of TMS-ComTelco.
Since Camco Holding AG did not meet its set 12-month targets, the company including its subsidiaries was sold again. Thus, Fortune emphasizes its strategy of keeping only profitable asset management companies in its portfolio.
