Karlsruhe, July 14, 2006. The managing board of init innovation in
traffic systems AG has decided in accordance with the resolution of
the general meeting of July 13, 2006, topic 10 of the agenda to
purchase up to 210,000 own shares (according to § 71, Abs. 1. No. 8
AktG).

The repurchase of 50,000 shares decided on March 2005 was finished on
July 14, 2006.
