init decides further repurchase of own shares

The managing board of init innovation in traffic systems AG has
decided in accordance with the resolution of the general meeting of
May 13, 2004, topic 5 of the agenda to purchase up to 50,000 own
shares (according to § 71, Abs. 1. No. 8 AktG).
The repurchase of 60,000 shares decided on August 2004 was finished
on March 21, 2005.
