08.08.2008 Pursuant to Sec 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Atrium European Real Estate Limited has been notified by Gazit-Globe Ltd. and its affiliates CPI/Gazit Holdings Limited and Gazit Gaia Limited of the following acquisition of a participation: On 1 August 2008, Atrium European Real Estate Limited issued 55,555,555 convertible securities in connection with voting shares ultimately conferring one voting right per convertible security to CPI/Gazit Holdings Limited. As a result, CPI/Gazit Holdings Limited and Gazit Gaia Limited hold as of 1 August 2008 in aggregate 62,431,132 voting rights in Atrium European Real Estate Limited which corresponds to 23.2 % of the voting rights.
