Cologne, 03 May 2004 - antwerpes ag of Cologne today sold its 51%
share of antwerpes.korte consulting GmbH with effect from 1 January
2004. The shares are being purchased by the companys founder and
managing director, Hermann Korte, for EUR 100,000. The sale will have
no material effect on turnover or antwerpes ags results for the
first quarter of 2004. Hermann Kortes position as member of the
management board of antwerpes ag in charge of mergers and
acquisitions shall not be affected by this transaction.
