Constance, 06 June 2005 -Sunways AG (Macairestraße 3 - 5, D-78467 Konstanz, ISIN DE0007332207, ISIN DE000A0BNPN0) has entered into a cooperation agreement with Swiss Wafers AG, Weinfelden / Switzerland. The goal is to jointly secure the provision of the raw material silicon and to markedly expand the processing capacities of Swiss Wafers AG. The five-year agreement covers the supply and purchase of an amount of wafers which, in terms of solar cells, corresponds to a capacity of at least 7.5 Megawatt. With this cooperation Sunways AG is increasing the number of its supply sources for wafers, thereby ensuring the utilization of its solar cell production capacities in the future.
