Nortel Networks Selects WatchMark-Comnitel to Supply Platform for ePerformance Service Offering - Scalable, Enterprise-Wide Solution Selected to Support Global CDMA Customer Base
Bellevue, WA (ots) - WatchMark-Comnitel, a global provider of performance, service quality and service level agreement (SLA) management solutions, today announced that Nortel Networks has signed a multi-year contract with WatchMark-Comnitel to supply the platform for Nortel Networks ePerformance management service offering. Utilizing WatchMark-Comnitel's technology for the Nortel Networks CDMA ePerformance service allows Nortel Networks to deliver "best-in-class" capabilities that help service providers better understand and adjust network performance before it impacts customers.

Nortel Networks will integrate multiple components of WatchMark- Comnitel's performance management technology into its ePerformance offering, including a mediation server with web reporting engine, data visualization, and threshold-based alarming. This will enable Nortel Networks service provider customers to capture and aggregate critical performance metrics and quality indicators, thus giving them greater ability to manage, trend and report on the performance of their networks. Utilizing WatchMark-Comnitel's enterprise reporting platform for Nortel Networks ePerformance solution will provide Nortel Networks with greater flexibility and scalability for data retention and report distribution to its subscription-based customers. The distributed solution will be packaged and maintained by Nortel Networks ePerformance service.
