Fonix Joins Symbian Platinum Program

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (ots)

Fonix® Corporation (OTC BB: FNIX), an
international provider of leading speech interface solutions, has
joined the Symbian Platinum Program to support the emerging market
for Symbian OS™ advanced mobile phones.
As a Platinum Partner, Fonix is extending its award-winning
text-to-speech (TTS) and automatic speech recognition (ASR)
solutions to the Symbian ecosystem. Symbian develops and licenses
Symbian OS, the global industry standard operating system for
advanced mobile phones, to the world's leading handset manufacturers,
which account for over 80 percent of worldwide mobile phone sales.
