Pursuant to Section 21 subsection (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) the Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft with its headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, has notified us that its proportion of voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG fell below the 3 percent threshold on March 2, 2007 and since that day amounts to 2.43 percent (corresponding to 219,000 voting rights). In reference to these, the company holds 1.89 percent (corresponding to 170,000 voting rights) directly, and pursuant to Section 22 subsection (1) sentence 1 no. 6 (Special Funds) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) 0.54 percent (corresponding to 49,000 voting rights) are attributed to them.
Pursuant to Section 21 subsection (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) the Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte with its headquarters in Tübingen, Germany, has notified us that its proportion of voting rights in W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG fell below the 3 percent threshold on February 28, 2007 and since that day amounts to 2.27 percent (corresponding to 204,000 voting rights). In reference to these, 2.27 percent (corresponding to 204,000 voting rights) from the Baden-Württembergischen Investmentgesellschaft mbH with its headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, are to be attributed to them pursuant to Section 22 subsection (1) no. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
