TV-Loonland Managing Board Chairman and CEO Peter Völkle steps down -
Selma Behlüloglu to be successor as CEO

Munich, January 21, 2005 - Peter Völkle, 45, is stepping down from
his position as Chairman of the Managing Board of TV-Loonland AG,
Munich, effective immediately. The move is being made for personal
reasons and is being done in agreement with the Supervisory Board.
Völkle will remain associated with the company for the present,
fulfilling a significant function as advisor on strategy and program
planning.
Selma Behlüloglu, head of Finance and Controlling, will be appointed
to the Managing Board and assume the position of CEO Chairman of the
Managing Board.
