Aschheim/Munich, May 15, 2007 - ESCADA AG´s Shareholders´ Meeting on May 14, 2007, elected its new Supervisory Board, which in turn nominated Mr. Hans-Jörg Rudloff during its constituent meeting as new Supervisory Board Chairman. He follows on Mr. Peter Zühlsdorff, who did not stand for re-election after having been at the helm of the control organ for 10 years. Mr. Rudloff is Chairman of the Board of Barclays Capital, in London.
