Today, november AG (ISIN: DE000A0S9N72) in cooperation with one of the investors succeeded in restructuring major debts of the company. After private investors already assumed liabilities before, in 2008 additional credits were granted by the investors for interim financing. With a payment of EUR 250.000 by the november AG debts in the amount of a total of EUR 1,0 mio were cleared off. At the same time, accrued interest was redeemed and waiver of interest in the amount of EUR 30.000 p.a. was granted. This constructive cooperation between company and investors and the major waiver of the investors resulted in further considerable decrease of liabilities of the november AG and constitutes another milestone in the economic stabilization of the november AG.
