JoWooD Productions Software AG is pleased to announce that further distribution contracts for France, Central and Eastern Europe and South-Africa have been finalised.

France:

JoWooD Productions Software AG has entered into a licensing agreement for titles of the current product line-up for 2005/2006 with Koch Media GmbH.

With this licensing agreement JoWooD applies its new business model for the first time in a market where JoWooD had traditionally sold finished goods.

"This licensing agreement strengthens our successful relationship with Koch Media and provides JoWooD with a proven platform from which to best position our software titles within the market", says Dr. Albert Seidl, Chairman of the Board of JoWooD Productions Software AG.

Koch Media cooperates in France with SG Diffusion. SG Diffusion was founded in 2002 by Christian Brécheteau and Pierre Ortplan. SG Diffusion distributes multi platform video games as well as multimedia software on the French and European market.

Central and Eastern Europe:

JoWooD was able to close licensing agreements with CD Projekt for the polish market and with SeVeN M Kft. for the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. The agreements include titles of the current line-up for 2005/2006.

The SeVeN M Group. distributes the widest range of new media to consumers all over Central and Eastern Europe. The notion covers video games and multimedia software, PC and console hardware. "We have amongst others exclusive rights for the representation of JoWooD, Atari, MAGIX, Compedia and GreenStreet but also many licence contracts with other publishers."

CD Projekt was established in 1994 by Marcin IwiEURski and MichaEUR KiciEURski. Since 1999 CD Projekt has continued to be the leading distributor of games and multimedia software in Poland. Currently (June 2005) the team of CD Projekt and its subsidiaries consists of over 60 professionals in the distribution/publishing business and over 20 in the development. CD Projekt runs offices in Poland (Warsaw) and the Czech Republic (Prague).

South-Africa:

JoWooD closed a distribution agreement with World Web Entertainment (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd. This deal includes titles of the current product line-up for 2005/2006.

"World Web Entertainment (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd are proud to have secured the exclusive distribution rights for JoWooD for Southern Africa. The product line-up for this year is exciting and with titles like that the JoWooD banner will fly high in the South African marketplace" Quinton Davie, Multimedia Product Manager -  WWE (S.A.) (Pty) Ltd.

World Web Entertainment is a privately owned entertainment company based in Johannesburg, South Africa who distributes interactive entertainment Software on all formats (CD-ROM for PC, Sony Playstation 2. DVDs - including Music, special interest and feature films, new release music CDs as well as budget CDs.)
