JoWooD Productions Software AG, a company quoted at the Vienna Stock Exchange announces sales of 18.4 Mio. EUR, an EBIT before restructuring of minus 7.5 Mio. EUR and a result of minus 22.0 Mio. EUR.

Compared with the year 2003 the balance sheet total was reduced by 8 Mio. EUR to approx. 40 Mio. EUR. This includes active deferred taxes, (6.6 Mio EUR), products, finished and unfinished goods, (17.4 Mio EUR), cash and shares, (2.7 Mio. EUR) and receivables, (10.9 Mio EUR). Equity ratio is approximately 46%.
Other than reported recently certain assets concerning prepayments were reclassified slightly. This measure has caused an increase in the total assets. The balance reconciliation with customers has led to a significant change in result as more depreciations of accounts were necessary.
Outlook
JoWooD will further follow up the 7-point program implemented in the first quarter 2005. First successes in distribution indicate that the right strategy for 2005 was chosen.
