freenet.de AG / Hamburg - The German Federal Cartel Office has approved unconditionally the acquisition of the STRATO Group (consisting of TECT AG, STRATO Medien AG, STRATO Rechenzentrum AG and Cronon AG) by freenet.de. freenet has just received a waiver declaration on the part of TELES according to which the last suspensory condition for the conclusion of the agreement has been waived. The closing of the transaction will happen in the near future.
