The supervisory board of VIVACON AG (ISIN DE000604 8911) has appointed Frank Zweigner (33) to deputy member of the board as of 01 January 2008. Frank Zweigner has been working for VIVACON AG since 2004 as head of real estate acquisitions. Over the last three years, he has managed the acquisition of approximately 40,000 residential and commercial units in more than 120 individual portfolio transactions. Thus, Frank Zweigner has significantly contributed to the strong performance of the Company´s transaction business. VIVACON AG´s competence of the acquisition of real estate assets is further strengthened by this appointment.
Following his graduation in civil engineering studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen in 1999, Frank Zweigner completed a postgraduate program at the European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkel / Rheingau with a degree in real estate economics in 2002.
