Decimus GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of PrimaCom has terminated with immediate effect the Cooperation Agreement with Spacecom Ltd., Ramat Gan, Israel concerning the use of the Satellite Transmisison Capacities (Amos 1 and Amos 2) by mutual consent. By this a cooperation with Eutelsat visAvision GmbH, Köln regarding the supply and distribution of digital TV-Programs will be possible.
