Mainz, 14th June 2004. As of June 29th 2004 Erwin Kleber, Lawyer, has
been appointed to PrimaCom‘s Supervisory Board by order of the local
court of Mainz. He replaces Mr. Michael P. Moriarty who resigned as
date of June 25th 2004.
