Bad Soden, November 10th 2005 - Management board of TRIPLAN AG today announces the successful placement of the capital increase in cash. The capital increase of EUR 336,694 at a par value of EUR 1.00 was realised out of authorised capital stock and has been signed by institutional investors at a price of EUR 1.30. The net liquidity adds to 0.4 million EUR. The transaction was managed by CCB Bank AG and Close Brothers Seydler AG.
