SinnerSchrader: Management Board and Supervisory Board propose dividend of EUR
0.12 per share for the 2006/2007 financial year

At the Annual General Meeting to take place on 19 December 2007 the Management Board and Supervisory Board of SinnerSchrader AG intend to propose a dividend payment of EUR 0.12 per share from the balance sheet profit as of 31 August 2007. The decision was taken today, as part of the discussions of the boards concerning the audited annual financial statements and the audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2006/2007. The dividend is equivalent to 7.5 per cent of today's Xetra closing share price of EUR 1.59.
With the first dividend proposal in the company's history the Management and Supervisory Boards are underlining their confidence that SinnerSchrader will continue to perform well in the years ahead. Following the distribution the company will still have cash reserves of some EUR 9-9.5 million, maintaining the option of growth by acquisition.
SinnerSchrader will report on the full results of the 2006/2007 financial year based on the audited and approved financial statements next Monday, 12 November 2007. On that day SinnerSchrader will also host its balance sheet press conference in Hamburg.
