balance/Preliminary Figures

Hamburg (euro adhoc) - SinnerSchrader has closed its financial year 2006/2007 with an excellent fourth quarter (June-August 2007). The preliminary figures for the fourth quarter show revenues of at least EUR 4.9 million and operating earnings (EBITA) of more than EUR 0.4 million. This means an increase in revenues at the level of 18 percent and a doubling of EBITA compared to the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year.

According to the preliminary figures annual revenues of fiscal 2006/2007 thus grew by a minimum of 17 percent to approximately EUR 18.5 million. EBITA reached the million euro mark in 2006/2007 which corresponds to an increase of more than 65 percent compared to the previous year.

With further improved earnings from the investment of liquid funds, earnings before tax (EBT) are anticipated to reach a level of more than EUR 1.4 million. As of 31 August 2007 SinnerSchrader had a cash reserve of some EUR 10.4 million, around EUR 0.4 million more than a year before.

The web has become the defining medium for the marketing activities of many industries and brands because it is the consumers' choice. This strengthens the role of interactive agencies, which have an accumulated and profound understanding of interactive consumers. As a leading interactive agency in Germany, SinnerSchrader is particularly well-placed to benefit from the ongoing fundamental transformation of marketing. Hence, SinnerSchrader plans to continue its double-digit growth in revenues in the current financial year 2007/2008 and to improve operating earnings at least by the rate achieved in 2006/2007.

In view of this positive development the Supervisory Board and Management Board have decided to continue the share buy-back programme which initially ran from 13 July to 31 August 2007 on identical terms until 31 December 2007. It is referred to the corresponding announcement on 18 July 2007 for more detailed information on the programme.

The final audited annual financial statements for fiscal 2006/2007 as well as a forecast for the financial year 2007/2008 will be published on 13 November 2007. On the same date SinnerSchrader is holding its annual balance sheet press conference in Hamburg and an analysts' conference as part of the German Equity Forum in Frankfurt.
