Goldbach Media acquires 50% of the technology company Wilmaa Internet TV

Internet TV is a growth market - strengthening of technological
expertise -      exclusive marketing

Küsnacht, Switzerland, 30 January 2009. Goldbach Media, the leading  
advertising marketer for private electronic, interactive and mobile
media in      Switzerland and Austria, active in search machines and
performance marketing      in Germany and the top online advertising
marketer in Eastern Europe and the      Eastern Adriatic region is
acquiring 50% in the Swiss company Gartenhof      Media GmbH, the
operator of Wilmaa Internet TV, the first free, browser- based
Internet television in Switzerland. Gartenhof Media GmbH is a
subsidiary of Solutionpark. Since the end of 2008, Goldbach has been
the exclusive marketer of Internet television at wilmaa.com. With its
participation in Internet TV, Goldbach Media seeks to further
strengthen its technological expertise in the rapidly growing field
of interactive and mobile marketing.

Wilmaa was developed by Solutionpark, which is seen as a pioneer and
well-      known expert in the field of video on the Internet and
streaming. With a      simple registration at www.wilmaa.com, all
leading TV programmes can be      received over the Internet free of
charge. As an interactive medium financed      through advertising,
Wilmaa Internet TV extends the reach of television      stations while
also enabling the advertising industry to meet the individual
